Salvador Avenue Complete Streets consists of providing an accessible path of travel along both sides of Salvador Avenue by constructing new concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter where none currently exist. Driveways and curb cuts will be constructed at existing property entrances to provide continued access to the properties. ADA compliant curb ramps will be constructed to facilitate crossing at the intersections. The road will be repaved and restriped to provide Class 2 bicycle lanes along the corridor. Modifications to the existing storm drain network will also be necessary to accommodate the alterations to the streetscape.
