Responsibilities
Napa’s City Manager’s Office implements policy decisions of the City Council, provides leadership and strategic direction to the city’s leadership team and organization as well as ensuring that initiatives and programs align with the City’s mission and reflect the values of our community. Public information and communications, including the city's website, social media, e-newsletter and emergency notifications, are managed through the City Manager's office as well.

City Holiday Schedule & Closures
The City of Napa offices will be closed the following days. Police and Fire services and water treatment plants will be fully staffed. On-call staff will handle water leaks, electrical problems and all other urgent needs.
