The City of Napa issues parking permits for designated permit parking spaces in City-owned parking facilities. Parking permits can be obtained online only at https://napa.citationinfo.com/permits/. 

Cost of Permits

Permit Parking will remain $30 per month per permit. The online platform offers the ability to purchase multiple months at a time. There will be a $3.50 convenience fee in addition to the purchase cost.

Parking permits will be mailed to you upon purchase. Your purchase receipt will act as your temporary parking permit. The temporary parking permit will expire 2 weeks after purchase. Your parking permit should arrive by mail within 5-7 business days.

  • Clay Street Garage, Level 2
  • Lot X
  • Pearl Street Garage, Level 2 Ramp
  • Second Street Garage, Level 3
