Emergency Home Repair Program

The Housing Division of the City of Napa has an Emergency Home Repair Program for low-income City of Napa homeowners. If you are below 80% of Median Income for your family size (see Median Income Limits Chart (PDF), you may qualify for free emergency home repairs.

Grant funds can be used to repair windows, doors, leaking roofs, plumbing and electrical problems and more. This program is available for owner-occupied conventional homes, mobile homes, condominiums, and town homes. Access the Emergency Repair Program application (PDF).
