Registration

We’ve been working hard to develop new and exciting classes and activities delivered a whole new way. Review our new online catalog to fine a variety of ways to get your whole family involved. We encourage participants to register early. Activities that do not meet minimum student enrollment 5 working days prior to the first class meeting may be canceled. Please register in advance for all programs and activities (unless otherwise noted in the activity description).

On-line Registration

On-line registration is the quickest and most convenient way to get the class you want. The CivicRec system allows online registration for programs and activities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Register online at Parks and Recreation Registration

If you are a first-time user of CivicRec, you will need to set up an account. This process is secure and gives you easier access to the classes you want and love! Your new account requires an active email as your username; please be sure to check your email after setting up your account to confirm your account. You will not be able register until you confirm your email.

Mail in Registration

You may print the registration form and mail it with a check to: Parks and Recreation Administration, 1500 Jefferson Street, Napa, CA 94559

Class Drops/Transfers/Credits/Refunds

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! If you are unsatisfied with your experience, you may apply for a transfer, credit or refund by submitting a written request within the same session. If an activity is canceled due to a lack of enrollment, you can register for an alternative activity if available, or request a refund. A fee may apply.

Class Cancellations

If a course is cancelled before the start date a full refund or credit will be issued. Prorated refunds will be issued for class days cancelled due to instructor illness, facility availability, etc. When possible, classes will be rescheduled.
