An orchestra playing in front of a crowd.TubaChristmas

December 1, 2018 2-4 PM Veteran's Park

Start the holidays with a free concert that's becoming a Napa tradition. TubaChristmas celebrates those who play, teach, and compose music for instruments in the tuba family. It will be held at Veteran's Memorial Park on Saturday, December 1 from 2-4 pm.This free Christmas concert features traditional standards and some new arrangements. "You may be thinking Oompah Band but the result of all these brass instruments is a sound much closer to a rich pipe organ" says Conductor Alan Parks.

Any musician can play in a TubaChristmas as long as it's an instrument in the tuba family (conical bore). Musicians interested in playing can register using activity code #11953.
