Contacting the Parking Ambassador Who Wrote a Ticket That You Believe Was in Error
If you believe that you are not guilty of the violation cited, you can contest the citation by calling Data Ticket at 800-989-2058 or by logging onto to the Citation Processing Center website within 21 days of issuance of the citation. If you believe the citation is in error, such as it is written to a vehicle you don't own or drive you can come to the Parking Programs Manager within 5 days of issuance of the citation and fill out a "Parking Citation Review Request" form. It will be reviewed by the Parking Enforcement personnel and you will be notified with the results of the review. We reiterate that appeals based on guilt or innocence or mitigating circumstances must be processed through the 800 number or through the website. Parking Ambassadors cannot voice, forgive or otherwise "fix" tickets once they are written.
