Safety, Prevention, & Community Outreach
Domestic Violence is defined by the United States Department of Justice as a pattern of abusive behavior in any relationship that is used by one partner to gain or maintain power and control over another intimate partner.
Napa Police Department Outreach works to build a rapport with clients while introducing them to the many services available here in Napa County. We work as advocates, case managers and housing counselors to help our clients find the services that will lead to long term stable housing.
