A Little Bit About Our Neighborhood
The Springwood Estates Neighborhood anchors the north/east boundary of the City of Napa. Many of it’s northern and eastern residences back to vineyards and have sweeping views from the valley floor. Prior to development, this area was covered in prune orchards.
