This short half-mile loop starting and finishing at Oxbow Commons Park is energized by live music by Funk Fatale and the featured artist, YOU! We invite community members to participate and create their own unique lantern to carry on the parade route. Lantern designs are to be inspired by your creativity and they are encouraged to be uplifting and imaginative!
