Eligibility

  • City of Napa Water Account Type must be Single-Family (Inside City or Outside City).
    • Account Type is shown in the top right corner of the water bill.
  • Customer must be currently enrolled in the PG&E CARE Program for energy bill discounts.

$25.00 per bimonthly water bill

NRWS/City Bill Assistance RateShare Discount: 

Eligibility

  • Napa Recycling Account Type must be Residential (non- residential customers are not eligible) 
    • Account Type is shown in the top right corner of the solid waste/recycling bill.
  • Customer must be currently enrolled in the PG&E CARE Program for energy bill discounts.

$10.00 per monthly bill

How to Sign Up Visit: NRWS/City Bill Assistance RateShare Discount

You will need to email, fax (707-258-8165) or mail Napa Recycling a copy of your current PG&E bill.
