[ARCHIVED] Heat Wave Expected Over Next Few Days

Heat Wave

It's going to be hot in Napa this week! Though you might be soaking up the warm weather, extreme heat can be very dangerous and is responsible for the highest number of annual deaths among weather-related hazards. Remember:

- Extreme heat can occur quickly and without warning

- Older adults, children and sick individuals are at a greater risk from extreme heat

- Humidity increases the feeling of heat

If you are looking for a way to beat the heat, our Senior Center will be open this Wednesday and Thursday, from 10 AM - 7 PM, and this Friday from 10 AM - 5 PM. Please bring your mask along.
