Stoddard West Makes the North Bay Business Journal’s Top 22 Real Estate Projects in the North Bay List The City of Napa collaborated with Burbank Housing Development Corporation, the Gasser Foundation, and Napa County, to open Stoddard West on Gasser Drive last month with 49 low- and very low-income rental units, including one unit set-aside for a homeless family. Here is a great story from the Napa Valley Register on the opening. Even more exciting, the North Bay Business Journal just released their Top 22 Real Estate Projects in the North Bay – and Stoddard West made the list! Valley View Senior Housing, in American Canyon, another project that the Housing Authority of the City of Napa partnered on, was also included! The need to create housing in Napa that is affordable to our residents, including our local families and workforce, continues to be a top priority for the community and City Council.
