ADU Webinar

Representatives from the City’s Building and Planning Divisions participated in a webinar, “How to Build an Accessory Dwelling Unit in Napa”. The August 27th webinar was hosted by the Napa Sonoma ADU Center, a non-profit organization fiscally sponsored by the Napa Valley Community Foundation and the City of Napa (City sponsorship provided though SB2 Planning Grant funds awarded earlier this year). The 90-minute webinar registered 170 participants with peak attendance at about 100. The webinar was recorded and will be a valuable tool for residents interested in learning more about the ADU process.

City Offices Closed - Staff Still At Work

All public counters in Napa City offices are closed to the public, and open only on a by-appointment basis. By modifying services, using social distancing and offering assistance and service over the phone, we can do our part to minimize COVID-19 exposure to City staff and the public. You can continue to communicate with Planning Staff by calling 707-257-9530 to schedule a phone appointment. Stay up to date on COVID-19 protocols:
