Employee Recognition: Caitlin SaldanhaThe City of Napa wants to recognize Caitlin Saldanha for her outstanding performance in the City Clerk's office in 2020. Caitlyn went above and beyond her regular duties to assist the public and mitigate issues caused by the pandemic.
Not only did she always step in to help, even if outside the scope of her role or department, but she also maintained a positive, can-do teamwork attitude, continued to innovate through inefficiencies, and put forth thoughtful research.
As if this wasn’t enough, Caitlin brought forth the idea to create the “Napa Bear Hunt” (#NapaBearHunt) which was one of the City’s top community posts during the early stages of COVID-19 and provided some hope and cheer to the community during the initial shelter at home order.
Please join us in congratulating Caitlin on a job well done!
