Christmas Tree SafetyWondering how to be fire safe with your Christmas tree after the holiday? Remember these tips: - Remove the tree when it is dry. Dried out trees are a fire danger and should not be left in the home, garage, or placed against the home.
- Never burn a tree in the fireplace or a wood stove.
- After the holidays, keep your tree in a secure location before collection day to prevent arson or vandalism.

A 2015 Urban Water Management Plan Amendment, the 2020 Urban Water Management Plan, and the Water Shortage Contingency Plan have now been drafted and are available for public review beginning December 7, 2021, on the City Water Division web page, www.cityofnapa.org/water, and at the following locations: City of Napa Utilities Department, 1700 Second Street, Suite 100, City of Napa Office of the City Clerk, 955 School Street, and Napa City-County Library, 580 Coombs Street.
