City Council Meetings Move to In-Person Attendance

City Council Meetings Now Open to In-Person Attendance


The March 1, 2022 Housing Authority Board and City Council meetings will be held in person, and the City Hall Council Chambers will be open to the public for in-person attendance. All persons in attendance will be required to wear a face mask regardless of vaccination status.

COMING SOON: Changes to your water billing statement and online bill pay!


Starting Tuesday, March 1, the City of Napa's new online water billing system will be live! Water customers will begin receiving their new and improved water bill statements the week of March 1.

The City of Napa is implementing a new water billing system for all City water customers, who will now be able to view water bills online and make payments, go paperless and access their accounts virtually. Customers’ next bill will be the first bill using the new system.

Traffic Light Outage

Traffic Light Outage - Imola and Southbound SR 29 Intersection

Tuesday, March 1 from 9am - 3pm


Alert! Traffic lights at the intersection of southbound SR 29 and Imola will be out between 9am-3pm on Tuesday, March 1. Drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians will need to use the temporary stop sign at this intersection. Expect delays, and proceed with caution. Thank you for your understanding as we make improvements to the Imola Park & Ride area.
