City Council Meetings Now Open to In-Person Attendance The March 8, 2022, City Council meeting will be held in person, and the City Hall Council Chambers will be open to the public for in-person attendance. All persons in attendance will be required to wear a face mask regardless of vaccination status.

City of Napa New Water Billing System - NOW LIVE!The City of Napa has updated its water billing statement and online bill payment system!
With our new and improved system, customers will now be able to access their accounts online, view balances in real time, manage paperless billing, and view their usage charts and previous statements.
Water customers can also expect the following to change, depending on how they prefer to pay their bill: - Online Bill Pay - Auto Pay - Direct Pay Customers - Other Payment Options (check through the mail or via our dropbox outside the City Hall entrance, or in-person at the City of Napa’s Finance Department) To learn more about these changes, go to www.cityofnapa.org/WaterBill

Napa County, Office of Education, All Public & Most Private Schools Align with State on Masking in School In alignment with the State of California, Napa County Public Health (NCPH), the Napa County Office of Education (NCOE), the five Napa County public school districts and many of the county's private schools will replace requirements to wear masks in indoor settings at childcare sites and K-12 schools with strong recommendations beginning March 12.

City of Napa to Develop Local Roadway Safety Plan The City of Napa is developing a comprehensive Local Roadway Safety Plan (LRSP), which aims to help the City to enhance traffic safety for all modes of transportation (driving, walking, bicycling, and riding transit) and for all ages and abilities.
In addition to analyzing collision data to help address traffic safety here in Napa, we are turning to you, our community members, for your feedback and thoughts on traffic safety.
We have launched a new webpage about the project, where you can learn more about the Local Roadway Safety Plan, report a concern, view an interactive map of collision history here in town, and stay on top of project updates.
