Local Roadway Safety Plan (LRSP) Presented to Napa City Council At the beginning of this month, the City of Napa presented its Local Roadway Safety Plan (LRSP) to the City Council for feedback and comments. With the LRSP, the City aims to identify and address local safety needs for all roadway users in Napa.
As Napa’s Public Works department continues to enhance roadway safety through strategic projects and initiatives, the community is encouraged to continue partnering with them through:
- Exercising caution in areas with heavy traffic
- Being diligent when driving in hard-to-see conditions
- Following the speed limit (particularly in school zones & neighborhoods)
- Traveling within crosswalks or via designated bicycle lanes.
