As of April 1, 2010, the Napa Police Department requires all persons serving or selling alcohol at special events within the city limits to receive training in Responsible Beverage Service (RBS). This requirement applies to all organizations who are applying for an ABC Daily License (Form 221). Organizations can access an array of resources to assist in compliance by accessing  the Responsible Beverage Service page here.  Resources posted include the Napa Police Department’s Conditions of Operation, a Special Event Planning Guide, Training opportunities, the ABC Daily Permit application/authorization (ABC- 221 form) and the ABC -532 Information for Special Daily Licenses.
