The City of Napa has released a Notice of Funding Availability for $3,500,000 from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund to facilitate the construction of new affordable rental housing for Napa’s very low and low income households.  The Housing Fund is supported by Inclusionary Housing ordinance fees.  Interested developers should visit the Housing Division’s AffordableHousing Development site for the full NOFA and supporting documents.
