What?
The Disability Access Board of Appeals renders decisions when a person aggrieved by a determination made by the Chief Building Official or Fire Code Official in administering or enforcing access to “public accommodations or facilities” appeals the determination to the Disability Access Board of Appeals. Two of five members are "physically handicapped persons" and the remaining three members also serve on the Building & Fire Code Board of Appeals. |
