Elected Official Compensation

Top level managers have individual contracts that are approved by the City Council. Listed below are the monthly salaries of these managers, as of August 2010, with benefits shown in the bullet points below.

  • Community Development Department Director Richard Tooker: $11,333

  • Fire Chief Mike Randolph: $15,233
  • Parks and Recreation Services Department Director Larry Mazucca: $12,500
  • Police Chief Richard Melton: $15,188
  • Public Works Department Director Jack LaRochelle: $13,917

Employees of the City are represented by one of six employee groups which agree to compensation terms through the use of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
