The City of Napa issued a Final Environmental Impact Report for the proposed project on Tuesday, December 22, 2009. This document addresses comments provided on the Draft Environmental Impact Report released August 27, 2009. Project description: The City of Napa has received an application for a destination resort located near the intersection of Stanly Lane and Highway 12/121. The City is in the process of producing an initial environmental study and is anticipating a robust public process on the proposal and the potential impacts associated with it. Meetings will be announced both on this website and in the newspaper. We look forward to your input.
