With the next phase of Flood Control work on Napa Creek, construction will impact parking availability in the Coombs-Pearl-Clinton streets area. To mimize the impact on businesses, all floors of the Pearl Street Parking Garage will be available for all-day parking. With only upper floors normally used for all-day parking, this change will increase the supply of all-day parking. Notification of this parking modification is being sent to businesses and the Downtown Association and City crews will place a sign on the entry level of the garage notifying garage patrons of the availability of All-Day parking during construction.
