The Building and Fire Code Board of Appeals is the local appeals board for the City of Napa regarding issues related to building and fire codes. Each member should demonstrate knowledge, experience, and training in matters related to building construction and fire protection. The Board has no regular meetings, and all meeting shall be special meetings. Selected applicants will serve two year terms beginning July 2012 through June 2014. The Disability Access Board of Appeals renders decisions when a person aggrieved by a determination made by the Chief Building Official or Fire Code Official in administering or enforcing access to “public accommodations or facilities” appeals the determination.
