An ongoing project to install new play equipment and surfacing in 11 City parks will begin the week of August 20. Crews will replace one playground each week to keep as many facilities in service as possible. Artist renderings of the new equipment for each playground can be seen here Parks & Recreation Projects. The list of parks getting playground replacements and the schedule is below:

• Dry Creek Park  - Week of August 20
• Klamath Park – Week of August 27
• Valley Park - Week of September 3
• Las Flores Park - Week of September 10
• Beckworth Park - Week of September 17
• Montclair Park - Week of September 24
• Norfolk Park- Week of October 1
• Tallac Park- Week of October 8
• Sequoia Park - Week of October 15
• Playground Fantastico - Week of October 22
• Fairview Park - Week of October 29
