The City of Napa has established a 15 day comment period beginning August 31, 2012 to receive comments on the 2011-12 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER lists accomplishments made by the City of Napa and progress made by local community organizations jointly in achieving the goals set by the One Year Action Plan that was approved by the Napa City Council on May 3, 2011. Copies of the CAPER will be available for review beginning on August 31, 2012 at the City of Napa Housing Division, 1115 Seminary Street, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Copies will also be available at the Napa City County Library and at www.cityofnapa.org/housing.

The City Council will conduct a public hearing on the CAPER on September 18, 2012, at or after 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 955 School Street.
