The City of Napa has a Down Payment Assistance Program available for first time homebuyers. Workshops have been scheduled to educate first time homebuyers on the home buying and mortgage loan process, and to inform them about the City’s Down Payment Assistance program eligibility criteria. The next available workshops will be held on June 11, June 13, July 11 and July 16 at 6:30 p.m. at the City of Napa’s Housing Authority office located at 1115 Seminary Street. Seating is limited.
