Napa Oaks II, an application to develop a 80.63 acre project site at 3095 Old Sonoma Road into 53 single-family lots.  Proposed lot sizes range from approximately 13,000 square feet to 41,000 square feet.  House sizes range from approximately 3,800 square feet to 5,000 square feet.  A total of seven different house plans are proposed.
