The City of Napa Community Resources Department offers two softball seasons of six games each this spring and summer. The top four teams in each division will compete in the play-offs at the end of each season. This format allows for a true playoff winner each season and better quality of play as the divisions can be adjusted between seasons to ensure balanced play.
Games in each of the two seasons will be played Sunday through Friday nights.  Men's, Women's, Coed, Men's 35+, and Men’s Senior 50+ teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Teams will be placed into divisions based on their player personnel, past record, and night request.  Each team will play one game per week. All teams must be prepared to play on the night they are assigned, regardless of the night they requested.  Completed team rosters must accompany registration. The Spring Season Registration Deadline is April 8, with the Manager's Meeting to be held Wednesday, April 15 at 6pm at the Las Flores Community Center. Spring season games will be played from April 19 through June 12.

The summer season registration deadline is June 17, with the Manager's Meeting to be held Wednesday, June 24 at 6pm at the Las Flores Community Center. Summer season games will be played from June 28 through August 14.

Team registration can only be accepted with signed rosters, so online registration is not available. All signups must be done in person at the main office of the Napa Community Resources Department at 1100 West Street, Napa.
