Recycling and Solid Waste Division PDF Print E-mail

The Recycling and Solid Waste Division is responsible for the compliance of State Assembly Bill 939, requiring all jurisdictions to reduce their waste by 50% by the year 2000, as well as the oversight of the recycling and solid waste contract awarded to Napa Recycling & Waste Services which began collection service in Napa on October 1, 2005.
