Drivers and bicyclists will notice a smoother ride on Freeway Drive due to maintenance paving competed by City crews.  The work patched most of rough parts and repaired the bike lane in the south bound lanes.  Final pavement striping will occur by early next week.  The work was required to repair severely damaged sections of pavement and stabilize the road in advance of future paving work. A project to overlay the entire portion of Freeway Drive is planned for completion by 2012.
