City Council meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. Typically, City Council meetings include an Afternoon Session beginning at 3:30 p.m. and an Evening Session beginning at 6:30 p.m. for each meeting. Regular meetings are televised live on Napa Public Access Television (Channel 28 on Comcast or Channel 99 on AT&T U-Verse) and both livestreamed and archived on the City of Napa’s website.
