- Loan forgiveness starting year 11 of the loan
- Funds can be used to purchase a 1974 or newer mobile or manufactured home within the city limits of Napa
- Buyer must be able to qualify for a first mortgage loan
- Buyer must have at least 1.0% of the purchase price as their share of the transaction
- Buyers cannot have owned a home or mobile home within the past three years
- Minimum credit score of 620
- Attend a first time homebuyer workshop
