Policies and Procedures 
The City Council has adopted Policy Resolution No. 10 regarding the norms of operation and rules of order and procedure for the City established Boards, Commissions and Committees. Policy Resolution No. 10 also describes the selection process and obligations of commissioners, if appointed.
