We’ve been working hard to develop new and exciting classes and activities delivered a whole new way. Review our new online catalog to fine a variety of ways to get your whole family involved. We encourage participants to register early. Activities that do not meet minimum student enrollment 5 working days prior to the first class meeting may be canceled. Please register in advance for all programs and activities (unless otherwise noted in the activity description).   

Youth Scholarships

Scholarships are available for our recreation programs through the generosity of the Napa Parks and Recreation Foundation and PG&E.  Scholarships will cover 95% of the fee for any youth recreational program (age 17 and under) with a $500 maximum per household.  Scholarships are made available based on funds available.  Please note proof of Napa residency and income verification will be required at the time of application.  Please review all the current scholarship guidelines and information for the scholarship application.  For Summer 2024 Scholarships, all of the paperwork must be either emailed ([email protected]), mailed, or drop-off in person (1500 Jefferson Street) before April 12, 2024 at 5pm to be entered into the lottery. If funds are still available, applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Staff will notify you if you have received a scholarship and have been registered for the requested program.

Las becas están disponibles para nuestros programas de recreación a través de la generosidad de la Fundación de Parques y Recreación de Napa y PG&E. Las becas cubrirán el 95 % de la tarifa de cualquier programa recreativo para jóvenes (menores de 17 años) con un máximo de $500 por hogar. Las becas están disponibles en función de los fondos disponibles. Tenga en cuenta que se requerirá prueba de residencia en Napa y verificación de ingresos al momento de la solicitud. Senior Center Scholarships

Senior Center Scholarships are available for classes or events at the Senior Center for Napa residents ages 55 and up.  The scholarships will pay the registration fees for any class up to a maximum of $500 per household. To qualify applicants must show their household makes below the median income for the City of Napa (under $55,650 for 1 to up to $79,500 for a household of 4). Applicants must also reside within the City of Napa and be able to provide a current proof of residency. On-line Registration

On-line registration is the quickest and most convenient way to get the class you want. The CivicRec system allows online registration for programs and activities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Register online at Parks and Recreation Registration

If you are a first-time user of CivicRec, you will need to set up an account. This process is secure and gives you easier access to the classes you want and love! Your new account requires an active email as your username; please be sure to check your email after setting up your account to confirm your account. You will not be able register until you confirm your email.

Class Drops/Transfers/Credits/Refunds

If an activity is canceled due to a lack of enrollment, you can register for an alternative activity if available, or request a refund. A fee may apply.

Class Cancellations

If a course is cancelled before the start date a full refund or credit will be issued. Prorated refunds will be issued for class days cancelled due to instructor illness, facility availability, etc. When possible, classes will be rescheduled.
