Paying Tickets

The Code Enforcement Division of the Community Development Department is responsible for enforcing the City's Municipal Code , which includes the Zoning Ordinance, and the California Building Codes pertaining to private residential and business properties only inside City of Napa city limits. The codes enforced cover public nuisances, zoning and land use violations, and building code violations.
