You have 21 days after issuance of the parking ticket to take care of it before incurring penalties. Parking tickets are handled by a company called Data Ticket whom the City of Napa has contracted to manage our parking tickets.

Report Public Nuisances Through Code Enforcement
The Code Enforcement Division of the Community Development Department is responsible for enforcing the City's Municipal Code , which includes the Zoning Ordinance, and the California Building Codes pertaining to private residential and business properties only inside City of Napa city limits. The codes enforced cover public nuisances, zoning and land use violations, and building code violations.
Records and Property Divisions
The Records Division processes police reports and other documents. The Property Division is responsible for the security of items brought to the police department for safekeeping, disposal or evidence.
