The Soscol Gateway Neighborhood is bounded on the west by the eastern bank of the Napa River, on the south by Highway 29/12, on the east by the City of Napa boundary, Soscol Avenue, and Silverado Trail, and on the north by Lincoln Avenue. The Soscol Gateway is exactly what it says, one of two main ways to get into the City of Napa. The Soscol Gateway Neighborhood differs from all the other neighborhoods because it is primarily commercial with very small pockets of residential areas. On the south end, a large industrial park with DMV and the possibility of some County of Napa services moving in. It also has a major hotel/conference center. Just above that lies the Napa Valley College and Kennedy Park. At Kennedy Park is the City of Napa Municipal Golf Course, Kennedy Golf Course. The central part of the Soscol Gateway Neighborhood houses many car dealerships, and the South Napa Marketplace. On the north end of the neighborhood is Walmart and another small industrial/business complex.
