A Little Bit About Our Neighborhood
The Von Uhlit family bought a 40 acre tract of land in 1931, south of Trancas Avenue and west of Soscol Avenue. The Von Uhlit Ranch was one of the last family farms in Napa and they were known for their plums. The Von Uhlit Ranch Neighborhood is one of the most recently developed neighborhoods, with a mix of single family homes, multi-residential housing, and commercial buildings. It is in the northeast area of Napa, near parks, the Napa River, and shopping.
