  1. Tuba Christmas

    December 7, 2019, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM @ First Presbyterian Church

Start the holidays with a free concert that's becoming a Napa tradition. TubaChristmas celebrates those who play, teach, and compose music for instruments in the tuba family. This free Christmas concert features traditional standards and some new arrangements. "You may be thinking Oompah Band but the result of all these brass instruments is a sound much closer to a rich pipe organ" says Conductor Alan Parks. Any musician can play in a TubaChristmas as long as it's an instrument in the tuba family (conical bore). Musicians interested in playing can register using activity code #13609.
