More Information:
As with the last wind event, some power outages could be wind related and not a part of PG&E’s Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS). Please refer to the PG&E web page for additional information on PSPS areas.
Use https://readynapacounty.org/ for live feed and updated info; for both power outages due to wind events and PSPS. If your power is out and not on the PSPS map assume it to be a localized outage that PG&E crews will address as they can.
If you see a downed line please:
- do not approach the line
- do not touch the line or anything in contact with it
- remain completely clear of the line
- call 9-1-1
Public Works will address fallen trees and tree branches throughout the City, if needed.
NVUSD is the point of contact for school open/closed information.
