Revised City Offices Updates Beginning Monday, March 23, 2020

Temporarily Closed

All public counters in City of Napa offices have been closed to the public, and open only on a by-appointment basis. Members of the public may request an appointment using the phone numbers listed below; and the City continues to receive and respond to correspondence via email or U.S. mail.

The City is implementing these changes in response to the unprecedented Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Stay up to date at www.cityofnapa.org/Coronavirus. Through these changes, including the use of social distancing and offering assistance and service over the phone, we can do our part to minimize COVID-19 exposure to City staff and the public.
