City buildings are now open Monday through Thursday, from 8 AM – 5 PM, and will be physically closed to the public on Fridays. However, citizens will still be able to access staff and services either by phone or by appointment, depending on services requested.
We respectfully ask that all visitors to our facilities please wear a mask when indoors, as the safety of our community and our staff is of the utmost importance.
As of June 15, the State of California fully reopened the economy and moved beyond its Blueprint for a Safer Economy, allowing all business sectors that previously had capacity limits to return to usual operations. You can learn more about the Beyond the Blueprint here.
There are still a number of City services that are available online, which include:
File a Police Report
Access Current and Historical Building Permit and Planning/Development Project Records
Schedule an Inspection
Pay Your Water Bill
Report an Issue
Apply for a Board, Commission or Committee
First Time Homebuyer Assistance Program Application (More housing assistance information can also be found here)
The risk of COVID-19 remains in the City of Napa and continues to circulate at moderate levels in our community. With summer tourism, travel plans, and other activities upon us, we want to do all we can to ensure that our infection rates continue to fall, or vaccination rates continue to rise, and that the City remains safe and healthy.
Meanwhile, the best way residents can speed along the reopening process is to get vaccinated as soon as possible. Please visit the County of Napa’s vaccination webpage to find an available vaccination site near you.
