Napa Valley’s seventh Bay-Friendly Garden Tour takes place on Sunday, May 20 from 10 am to 4 pm, as nine beautiful resource-efficient Napa gardens showcase natural techniques that reduce waste and pollution. This year’s tour is once again sponsored by the City of Napa, Napa County RCD, and UC Master Gardeners. It is inspired by Bay-Friendly Landscaping & Gardening, a program of ReScape California (rescapeca.org), a nonprofit coalition of home gardeners, landscape professionals, and local governments that promotes practices that work in harmony with local watersheds. Five of the gardens on this tour were designed or installed by Bay-Friendly Qualified Professionals.
