Waiting List Lottery

We have exciting news - the Housing Authority of the City of Napa is opening waiting lists for the Section 8 Rental Assistance Program serving all of Napa County on Monday, May 17th at 8 AM. If you meet the income qualifications, and are interested in receiving housing rental assistance under the Housing Choice Voucher Program and/or for Project Based Voucher units, you must submit your lottery application between Monday, May 17th and Tuesday, May 24th, at 5 PM.

Income Limits: Household must not exceed the income limits for the selected program in order to be eligible for assistance. To view income limits for our programs, click here.

Information needed when applying for the Waiting List Lottery: Name of all household members, a mailing address, phone number or e-mail address, and estimated household income.

How to Apply: The Application must be submitted electronically in order to create a receipt of your application. 

Application period will close at 5:00 PM on May 24, 2020. Results of the lottery will be available May 31, 2022.
