The City of Napa Community Development Department will begin accepting applications for a limited number of Hosted Accommodation Permits (vacation rentals) beginning on Friday, February 1, 2019 and continuing through the close of business on Friday, February 22, 2019. Permits will be issued through a random selection process. Applicants not receiving permits will be placed on a wait-list for future consideration. Applications and submittal requirements are available at the Community Services Building, 1600 First Street, Napa, CA 94559 and on the Planning Division’s webpage.
Applications for Hosted Accommodation permits are subject to the requirements of Section 17.52.515 of the Napa Municipal Code (Ordinance O2015-13).
