GPAC Quick Hits Newsletter

This newsletter is intended to provide the General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC) periodic updates on the General Plan Update process, upcoming meetings, and activities. It is also a way for GPAC Members and Planning Staff to share articles and ideas on topics of interest and trends related to community planning.

GPAC Meeting Recap

The General Plan Advisory Committee held a Workshop on Monday, November 9 to provide comments on the draft Framework documents for the Transportation Element, Climate Change & Sustainability Element, and the Public Health & Equity Element. Using the online tool Miro, the GPAC provided comments on a "sticky note" exercise which are posted on the Napa2040 website and available below. Full meeting notes will be available soon!

If you have additional comments to send in regarding the Framework documents from the 11/9 meeting, email them to staff no later than Wednesday, November 18. These will be compiled and made available prior to the next GPAC meeting!

All public counters in Napa City offices are closed to the public, and open only on a by-appointment basis. By modifying services, using social distancing and offering assistance and service over the phone, we can do our part to minimize COVID-19 exposure to City staff and the public.
