Holiday Hiking

Holiday Hiking

We love this time of year when the leaves change color, drop off and our old hikes becomes something new. Extra points if you knew that carotenoids cause yellows and orange, and anthocyanins cause red, pink, or purple. Try some holiday hiking to see how the experience changes on your favorite trails. The views open up, there's more water in the streams and springs and the chill in the air motivates you to go a little further. Find the trail that's right for you on the Park Finder.

North Bay BMX Track Podium

Labor of Love

Volunteers contributed over 50 hours of labor to construct a new podium at the North Bay BMX Track  in Memory of Addie Dominici. 7-year-old Addie was an avid BMX rider and spent a great deal of time at the track. The build was a joint project between North Bay BMX and Napa Sunrise Rotary. The artwork will keep Addie’s memory and spirit in our hearts for years to come. North Bay BMX offers lessons and competition for all levels of riders. The track is located in Kennedy Park. If you're new to riding and want to learn the fundamentals or are experienced and want to compete, contact North Bay BMX HERE.
