Recreation Division

Commitment to Service Award

In early January, Napa County started their COVID-19 vaccination clinic for our community. The County requested assistance from the City for people that would provide consistent and proficient staffing. All the full-time Recreation Division volunteered to work 1-2 days a week to assist with traffic control and patient registration at the vaccination site. Despite the cold, wind, rain and long days the team proudly served and represented our City well. The teams’ commitment to service was undoubtedly demonstrated those 8 weeks at the vaccination site by their dedication to support our community's efforts to recover from the pandemic.
